Here’s How to do it

To secure your hotel booking, click the “BOOK A HOTEL” button above, or CLICK HERE to access Curate World Travel’s exclusive Virtuoso Hotel Booking portal. Navigate to the “Hotels” section at the top of the page and enter your destination in the search bar. Select the hotel that meets your needs.

On the hotel’s page, click the red “Check Rates and Availability” button. Input your travel dates and explore the available room categories and rates. Once you've found your preferred room, click the red “Book” button to finalize your reservation.

When using the Virtuoso Hotel Booking portal for the first time, you will be asked to create an account. If I am not automatically set as your advisor, please search for my name and select “Erin Popeleski” as your advisor.  If you already have an account, you can simply enter your payment information and proceed. After confirming your booking, you will receive an email from Virtuoso containing the details. 

Note: If you're new to the portal, it's essential to create your Virtuoso account using a desktop or laptop, not a phone. 

Curate World Travel will contact you to reconfirm your stay and request any additional information needed. We will follow up with the hotel to ensure that all special requests, Virtuoso amenities, and VIP status are included in your stay!

What are the benefits of booking through the Virtuoso Hotel Booking portal? 

When you book hotels through the Virtuoso Hotel Booking portal, you typically receive additional Virtuoso exclusive amenities, which include daily breakfast, a $100 hotel credit, priority for a room upgrade, and early check-in/late check-out, if available. Curate World Travel also follows up with the hotel directly to ensure that all special requests, amenities, and VIP status are included in your stay!

When should I use the Virtuoso Hotel Booking portal, and when should I not?

If you already know the hotel and room category you want to book, the Virtuoso Hotel Booking portal is an excellent tool for making an easy hotel reservation with perks. However, if you are looking for more detailed itinerary planning, it’s best to reach out to us directly at hello@curateworldtravel.com or through our Trip Design Form. 

Are all hotels available to book through the Virtuoso Hotel Booking portal? 

Four Seasons hotels are not available for booking through the Virtuoso Hotel Booking portal. However, Curate World Travel is a Four Seasons Preferred Partner, which means you should always book Four Seasons through us! Contact us directly at hello@curateworldtravel.com or by filling out the Trip Design Form to book your Four Seasons reservation. 

What should I do if I can’t find the hotel I want to book on the Virtuoso Hotel Booking portal?

The Virtuoso Hotel Booking portal features only hotels that are part of the Virtuoso network, a curated collection of more than 1,700 hotels, resorts, lodges, villas, camps, and private islands. If you want to book a hotel that isn’t listed, please contact us directly at hello@curateworldtravel.com or fill out the Trip Design Form to make your reservation.
